Merry Cheers EVADC'rs, PHEV'sters, and EVnthusiasts, One & All ... Ho, Ho, Ho!
Before going quite quiet for the holidays, the "Spirit of DC" will be linking up with the Tucson Electric Vehicle Association 2 for its normal third Saturday meeting, however, it's at Bookmans for its Grand Charging Station Celebration. It's from 9:00AM - 12:00AM.
Furthermore, the "Spirit" is expecting to rub tires, so to speak, not only with Plug-ins of TEVA2 Members, but also the white Tesla Roadster coming to town, as well. See a more informative copied & pasted piece from
www.TeslaMotors.com/Roadtrip/ below ... with Comments as well.
After Tucson, the "Spirit" will make another Phoenix trip to Green Motors
http://www.greenmotorsinc.com/ for further work ... before taking in San Diego and more of California for the holidays and on into Happy New Year of 2010.

About the TripOn December 17th, a group of 16 Tesla employees will begin a 2,700+ mile road trip in a Tesla Roadster Sport.
We’re driving Roadster #750 from Los Angeles to Detroit for this year’s
North American International Auto Show to prove that the Roadster is tough, durable and range anxiety is for the weak. Our electric sports car goes from 0 to 60 in 3.7 seconds and can travel 244 miles on a single charge. The Roadster is ready to take on any and all weather conditions – it looks just as good with mud on the tires as it does on the showroom floor. Skeptical? We’re coming to yourhometown to prove it.
Where to Find the Tesla Roadster
Use the map above or the table below to find out when we’ll be passing through your home town. Each day, the
drivers will post photos and updates to chronicle their experiences. Follow the journey here and on
Twitter and
Facebook. We can’t wait to meet you.
